The 2023 Louisa Christmas Festival and Parade presented by the Louisa County Parks, Recreation & Tourism was a blast! So much fun was had by all who participated from start to finish. Again this year's theme was Sweet Tidings of Gingerbread,so no better way to tie fishing to this than to build a Gingerbread Ice Fishing Shanty . Thank you to EVERYONE who helped.
